For all UK deliveries direct from me, I use either Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class, and Royal Mail Tracked 48.
T-shirts, mugs, bags, hats, headgear and home products are shipped worldwide by my print supplier. Delivery is priced, controlled and organised by them.
Order processing times
Record Books, Greeting Cards, and Calendars
If you place your order on a business weekday, I will process your items within two days.
If you place your order on a business Friday, I will process your order on the following Monday.
Everything else, e.g. Mugs, t-shirts, hats, headgear, bags and home products etc
Order production, processing, delivery times and delivery prices are controlled and organised by my print supplier.
Delivery times
Please be patient with delivery times. In most cases, items arrive as estimated by Royal Mail or my print supplier, but there can be occasional delays with their delivery services. These delays are beyond my control. Just get in touch with me, and I will see if I can help.
UK – Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class, and Tracked 48 – 1 to 5 days after dispatch, including Saturday, depending on the service chosen.
WORLD – Delivery times and prices are controlled and organised by my print supplier.
CLIPART and DIGITAL DOWNLOADS – Delivery is straightaway after purchase.
Import duties and surcharges
Import duties and surcharges are NOT included in the price of items shipped outside the United Kingdom. These duties and charges are solely the buyer’s responsibility.
